Cancellations
i. You may cancel your confirmed order at any time before fulfillment begins. For digital services, fulfillment begins when outreach, placement, writing, or distribution work has started.
ii. If you are a customer based in the European Union or the European Economic Area and purchased via our website, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen 14 days. Please note that for digitally delivered services, this right does not apply once service performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance starts.
iii. To cancel your confirmed order, contact us at info@seopb.com and follow the steps in section 11.2.2 below. If work has not started, you will receive a full refund. If work has partially started, a pro rata refund may apply based on the portion already completed. If work is fully completed or a press release has been distributed, the order is non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
i. Our products are digital services and are delivered electronically. There are no physical returns. To request a refund or cancel a confirmed order, please follow the steps below.
Send an email to info@seopb.com with your contact details, including phone number, and your order information.
In our response email, we may request additional information to assess service status and eligibility for cancellation or refund.
We will provide next steps and the outcome in writing. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
ii. You must keep all relevant evidence, such as our order confirmation, service status emails, reports, and any correspondence. We do not accept liability if you cannot produce evidence reasonably needed to review your request.
Notes and Exceptions
Backlink services become non-refundable once placements are secured or reports are generated.
Press release services become non-refundable once drafting has begun or distribution has been initiated.
If a placement goes offline within the guaranteed period stated on your order, we will attempt a replacement link or provide an equivalent remedy per your package terms.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or refund requests that conflict with these terms or where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
