All transactions are fully managed by Stripe, whose general terms and conditions apply. No credit card information is stored on our website.
When placing an order, you will need to enter your payment details in the appropriate secure form. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses authorization, you will need to contact them directly to resolve the issue.
Other electronic payment methods may also be subject to validation and authorization by the payment provider.

Invoices

If any part of your order is not accepted or fulfilled, the corresponding payment amount will be refunded. Please note that no “chargeback” fees will be invoiced to you by the payment provider.
