Delivery Appointment and Accommodations
- The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. We kindly ask that you make arrangements to receive the delivery within 24 business hours of this contact.
- If the delivery cannot be completed within the specified timeframe, storage fees may apply at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Method and Additional Services
- Our standard shipping includes curbside delivery.
- If you require additional services, such as indoor delivery or modifications to the delivery method, these will incur extra charges at the customer’s expense.
Freight Damage Reporting
If you notice any concealed damage, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
If you request a cancellation after the product has shipped, a 2-way shipping fee of approximately 30% will be applied.
Important Notice:
The delivery driver is not responsible for advising on any extra costs related to delayed deliveries or additional services.
Processing Time
1-3 Business Days: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
5-10 Business Days: Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is usually between 5 to 10 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and supplier's location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We only ship to addresses within the United States from our U.S. warehouse.
- Delivery is available to most locations across the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
